He was a doctoral student sponsored by the government that had been co-cultured with Queen's University Belfast in the UK, and was a consultant of Chongqing Economic and Information Commission who was responsible for project reviewing, while he had once worked as a strategic researcher in Chongqing Real Estate Group Ltd. He mainly engaged in the teaching and research of corporate finance and corporate governance, economic statistical analysis. He has been the main researcher or a participant in 3 key projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 3 surface of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Furthermore, he was chair of several projects, including 2 at the provincial and ministerial levels, 5 at school level and over a dozen horizontal projects. He has published more than 20 articles in abundant academic journals, including China Journal of Accounting Research, System Engineering Theory and Practice, Economic Science, etc, 2 of which were indexed by EI, 8 in CSSCI journals and 2 accepted by CSCD. He published 3 academic monographs and teaching books in Science Press, Economic Science Press and other publishers, and won 1 award for outstanding scientific research achievements in university. He has served as an anonymous reviewer of plentiful journals, including Finance Forum, Financial Regulation Research, Journal of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics, etc.
